All applicants must be 18+ and submit an application for screening. Before submitting an application, all applicants must meet the following criteria: Person/Persons that will be living at the property and age of each No prior evictions and No criminal history Income requirement – 4x the rental amount Satisfactory Credit Report Minimum 6 months on current job. Once determined that an applicant meets the above criteria, the applicant MUST check out a key to view the property. There is a $50.00 key deposit at the time you check out a key, it is returned when key is returned. Keys may be checked out between the hours of 9:30am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday at our office located at: 638 4th St SW Hickory, NC 28602. To complete an application there is a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant. Unless otherwise specified in this ad, all utilities including water, gas, electric, trash and cable/internet are the responsibility of the resident to establish prior to move in date. Proof of establishment will be required before keys are provided. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless specified differently in this ad. NO SMOKING IN ALL RENTALS. Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis and we do not hold the home for anyone until a holding fee is received.
