Spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse style apartment. Large living room and washer/dryer hookups are included in kitchen area. This unit has been totally remodeled including new flooring, and fresh paint There is a small deck.  Rent includes water, sewer and trash. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. A small dog with a $300 non-refundable pet will be allowed.

School Districts: Longview Elementary, Grandview Middle, Hickory High.

All applicants must be 18+ and submit an application for screening. 

Before submitting an application, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
No prior evictions and no criminal history
Monthly income requirement – 4x the rental amount per month before taxes
Satisfactory credit report, permanent job status
Once determined that an applicant meets the above criteria, the applicant MUST check out a key to view the property. There is a $50.00 CASH key deposit at the time you check out a key.  This deposit will be returned when the key is returned.

Keys may be checked out between the hours of 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00 pm Monday – Friday at our office located at: 638 4th St SW Hickory, NC 28602. Our office is closed between 12-1 p.m.

To complete an application there is a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant over the age of 18. Once approved, a non-refundable holding fee equal to the security deposit must be received within 24 hours to remove the home from advertisement. The holding fee will be applied to your security deposit once the lease agreement is executed.
It is the responsibility of the tenant to establish utilities in their name and proof of renter’s insurance before the before keys are provided. Pets are NOT allowed unless specified differently in this ad.  In the event that an owner allows a pet, there is a $300 non-refundable fee per each animal.
Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis and we do not hold the unit for anyone until a holding fee is received.
