We were currently living in our apartment when Thornburg & Associates, Inc. took over management. Hayden came by to introduce himself and go over some paperwork. Hayden was incredibly patient with our young children, did his best to make sure everything in the apartment was in working order, and was just a great guy to be around. I usually stop in the office to pay and have never had a negative experience. Staff is ALWAYS professional and friendly. As far as maintenance goes, they are on it! Had a knock on my door from a repairman who was there to check the air conditioning because the gentleman who maintained the lawn advised one of the units was making sounds. Speaking of the gentleman who maintains the lawn, while there may be different people at different properties, this gentleman and his wife are some of the friendliest people I have met! I do recommend Thornburg & Associates, Inc.!
