All applicants must be 18+ and submit an application for screening. Before submitting an application, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

Income requirement – 4x the rental amount per month
Satisfactory Credit Report
Minimum 6 months on current job.
Once determined that an applicant meets the above criteria, the applicant MUST check out a key to view the property. There is a $50.00 key deposit at the time you check out a key, it is returned when key is returned. Keys may be checked out between the hours of 9:30am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday at our office located at: 638 4th St SW Hickory, NC 28602
To complete an application there is a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant. Once approved, a non-refundable holding fee equal to the security deposit must be received within 24 hours to remove the home from advertisement. The holding fee will be applied to your security deposit once the lease agreement is executed.
Unless otherwise specified in this ad, all utilities including water, gas, electric, trash and cable/internet are the responsibility of the resident to establish prior to move in date. Proof of establishment will be required before keys are provided. Pets are NOT allowed unless specified differently in this ad.
